Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does it take to shoot an average home?

A: Most homes take approximately 1-3 hours on site to complete a shoot. Post processing time varies, but usually the complete turn-around time is 48 hours or less.

Q: Does the homeowner or agent need to be present while the shoot takes place?

A: No, someone does not have to be at the home. We have access with Supra-key if you have a key box. You are more than welcome to be present, but it is not necessary.

Q: How do I get my photos?

A: We use Drop-Box to deliver your photos to you. We will send you an invite via email and you can download the photos directly to your computer.

Q: What if the weather is bad?

A: For interior shots, the weather is not an issue. For exterior shots, it’s optimum to have a reasonable nice day outside. We can do sky replacement as long as the weather is reasonably clear. If the weather is in question, we can re-schedule for a better day.

Q: When do I pay for my photos?

A: We require that the shoot be paid for when your photos are delivered. You can use a check or Paypal to pay for your photos.

Q: What home preparation, if any, is required by the homeowner or agent?

A: See “Before the Shoot”. CLICK HERE…
